Plaster mold in three sections with black rubber mold inside. Written on the mold is "Ugly Duckling Fountain, Duckling" Old "22" yellow tag on mold. Mold is bound with plastic zip ties.

Plaster swan head and neck. This could be from Swan and the Ugly Duckling, Freedom of the Human Spirit or any of the swan or geese sculptures.

Head of a swan or duck. This head is plaster and a metal flexible tube with wood makes up the neck. There is an eye hook in the top of the swans head.
